Our 5 Day Classic Safari combines the comfort of lodging and tented camping forming the perfect adventure for a first-time safari-goer, and we guarantee by the end of your Northern circuit journey you will be eagerly awaiting your return to Tanzania. We start the safari with a soft introduction of game viewing through the flora dense, Lake Manyara National Park; well known for the Tree Climbing Lions and paradise for an ornithologist. The following four days are spent exploring two UNESCO World Heritage Sites; the World renowned and possibly best safari park in the World, Serengeti National Park and the World’s largest Caldera, Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During our 5 Day Classic Safari, you will experience the excitement of game viewing, with the possibilities of viewing the Big 5 throughout jaw-dropping scenery with the comfort of lodging and tented camping or glamping.

Itinerary

8:00 am pick up from accommodation in Arusha by your guide and depart for Lake Manyara National park to spend the afternoon game viewing. Dinner and overnight within Karatu at Rhotia Valley Tented Camp

After breakfast we depart for Serengeti, climbing The Great Rift Valley escarpment, transiting through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area onwards to the Seronera plains. As we enter the Naabi Hill gate we spend the remainder of the days light game viewing with dinner and overnight at Tanzania Pure Luxury Tented Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Full day exploring the Serengeti in search for big cats, this day is ﬂexible in that we can either take a picnic lunch or early morning and late afternoon game drives and lunch within camp. Dinner and overnight within Tanzania Pure Luxury Tented Campsite.

After breakfast, we enjoy our final morning exploring Serengeti National Park with a picnic lunch. Afternoon we depart for Naabi Hill gate and enter Ngorongoro Conservation Area where we have the opportunity to stretch the legs during a crater rim walk with an NCAA ranger. Late evening we make our way to Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Early this morning we descend the crater walls with a picnic lunch for game viewing. After lunch, we depart for Arusha arriving mid to late afternoon.

INCLUDED: This is a Private safari with all game viewing in a 4WD Landrover or Landcruiser with English speaking guide, All accommodations mentioned on the basis mentioned, all park fees and conservation fees, unlimited kilometres on game drives, unlimited drinking water in Safari vehicle, all walking safaris and night drives as stated. Flights and transfers as mentioned.

NOT INCLUDED: Soft and alcoholic drinks, all items of a personal nature, visas and international flights.
